Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant at PINDULO VDM, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparation and posting of journals

Reconciliations of the General Ledger

Cash book capturing

Preparation of VAT returns

Intercompany transactions and control account analysis

Financial Reporting to prepare Income Statements and Balance Sheets

This role will provide you with hands-on experience across core accounting functions in a leading logistics company.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Education:

Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics as a minimum requirement

BCom/BTech/NDip with Financial Accounting as a major (highly advantageous)

Completed articles will be a bonus!

2. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial accounting/auditing environment

3. Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (computer literacy is a must)

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work accurately and in a team environment
