Minimum Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have Grade 12/Matric plus a Diploma/tertiary degree in:
Graphic/Graphic Design
Digital Media
Marketing and Web Design
Or a related field.
A combination of relevant post-secondary qualifications and experience in Graphic Design or equivalent is preferred.
Only City of Johannesburg residents will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the Group Finance Communication and Marketing Strategy. Your key duties will include:
Designing and managing graphic design projects from conception to delivery.
Creating original graphic designs, layouts, and infographics.
Producing creative solutions for digital and print formats, ensuring high-quality standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Group Finance departments to meet their communication and marketing needs.
Key Learning Areas:

Managing the Group Finance channels (e.g., websites, emails) to enhance awareness of city priorities and programs.
Monitoring the effectiveness of graphic design activities and measuring them against goals.
